Returns Policy

HOW TO RETURN

We are currently offering an extended returns period over the Christmas period. If you are not entirely happy with a purchase made from our website between 1st November – 24th December, you have until the Sunday 7th January to return your items to us. 


Fill in the details on the dispatch note and include within your returned item/s.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item, and for your parcel until it arrives at 73 Retail Ltd.  We recommend using a recorded/signed for delivery to avoid issues with your return reaching us.  Goods must be returned clean, unworn and in original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse items not in resalable condition.

Please note: any returns received with courier or postal labels stuck to product will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Underwear including socks

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

Refunds are issued against original payment method used and will reach you within 7 working days of us receiving your return.  You will receive an email to let you know your refund is on its way.
Exchanges will be processed as indicated on your form.  Replacement items will be sent on a free delivery service, which will reach you within 7 days of us receiving your return. 

If there are any issues with your return, you will be contacted by phone or email.

FAULTY ITEMS:
If you suspect an item is faulty, damaged or is incorrect, please email us at help@73retail.com.  Please include a note with your return detailing any suspected fault.
