Returns Policy

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Christmas Returns: Please note items purchased between 1st November and 31st December can be returned up until the 5th January 2020.

You can return orders £75 and over for free. Please check your parcel for our Hermes local returns label, items are to be returned to a Hermes pick-up store near your desired postcode. With items under £75 you are responsible for the cost of returning your items to us, and for your parcel until it arrives at 73 Retail Ltd. We recommend that you use a recorded/signed for delivery to avoid any issues with your return not reaching us. Goods must be returned clean, unworn and in the original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse items that are not in a condition that is fit to be resold. 

Please note: any returns received with courier or postal labels stuck to product will not be accepted.

FAULTY ITEMS:

We check all our products before we send them out to you, however in the rare event that you have been sent a faulty product, we will refund you the cost of the return. If you suspect an item is faulty, damaged or is incorrect, please email us first at help@73retail.com.  Please include a note with your return detailing any suspected fault.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Due to hygeine purposes any underwear including socks are non-refundable. 

REFUNDS: 

Refunds are issued against original payment method used and will reach you within 7 working days of us receiving your return.  You will receive an email to let you know your refund is on its way. Replacement items will be sent on a free delivery service, which will reach you within 7 days of us receiving your return. If there are any issues with your return, you will be contacted by phone or email by our customer services team.

3 FOR 2 OFFER RETURNS:

If you are returning a single item to us from an order placed in the 3 for 2 offer, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer. If returning either or both of the full price items from the 3 for 2 offer we would take into account the cost of the free item and minus this from the refund total. You also have the option of returning the free item for nothing, however we would encourage you to exchange this product for another product in the same
